Streaming Royalty Investment Trust (SRIT).

A proposed publicly traded, digitally native Up-C infrastructure YieldCo — designed for long-duration ownership of qualifying infrastructure assets and potential distributions of available cash flow. Under development; not currently operating or registered.

What the SRIT is designed to do.

The Streaming Royalty Investment Trust (SRIT) draws on the strengths of established partnership and trust structures — master limited partnerships, Up-C structures and YieldCos — and rethinks them for digital markets. The goal is a vehicle that owns qualifying infrastructure assets over long horizons and distributes value to holders through modern, regulated channels.

Its lineage runs through Valhil's 2017 patent application concerning publicly traded partnership structures and the monetization of qualifying income streams — work that has since evolved into the SRIT structure.

  • Long-duration ownership
  • Registered tokenized securities
  • Regulated stablecoin distributions
  • Blockchain-based ownership administration
  • Institutional acquisition and asset-management practices
  • Potential compliant secondary-market infrastructure

Independent of America250 — and of any single project.

The SRIT may acquire assets developed by America250 or acquire existing assets from unrelated owners. It is not obligated to acquire America250 projects.

Related-party acquisitions from America250 would be subject to appropriate governance, independent valuation and protections for SRIT investors. Sponsor relationships would not replace acquisition discipline.

Institutional Investment Discipline

SRIT's proposed investment philosophy begins with asset quality and disciplined capital allocation. Qualifying infrastructure acquisitions would be evaluated based on contractual cash-flow durability, counterparty credit, acquisition valuation, operating performance, maintenance capital requirements, leverage and sustainable distributable cash flow.

The objective is to assemble a portfolio of economically substantive, income-producing infrastructure assets capable of supporting long-term ownership and disciplined distributions. Public-market valuation premiums and blockchain tokenization are not substitutes for sound investment economics. Every acquisition must be evaluated on its own merits.

Available Cash Flow & Digital Architecture

Potential distributions of available cash flow would be subject to operating performance, financing obligations, reserves and applicable legal requirements. Registered tokenized securities, regulated stablecoin distributions and compliant secondary-market infrastructure are contemplated features, not completed registrations or operational services.

Tokenization does not guarantee liquidity, superior returns or reduced investment risk.

SRIT is a proposed platform under development. It is not an operating, registered or publicly traded investment vehicle, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.
