An infrastructure development, M&A and capital markets executive with 30 years of experience across energy and infrastructure transactions. Founder and Managing Director of Valhil, and serves as Independent Director of Presidio Production Company (NYSE: FTW).

Principal-Led Investment Identity

Valhil operates as an independent, principal-led investment and advisory firm with a proprietary portfolio comprising approximately $30 million in cash, securities and contractual economic interests, measured using stated holdings and contractual amounts, including contingent rights. This proprietary asset base supports the firm's ability to pursue opportunities selectively, invest alongside counterparties where appropriate and focus on long-term value creation.
