SRIT is designed to create long-term investment value through disciplined acquisitions, asset ownership and potential distributions of available cash flow. Together, the businesses provide complementary opportunities for capital formation, asset monetization and reinvestment.
America250-developed assets may become acquisition candidates after stabilization. SRIT may also acquire operating infrastructure from unrelated third-party owners and is not obligated to purchase America250 assets. Neither business guarantees liquidity or an exit for the other.
