Trinity Landing AI & Power Campus

America250 is evaluating a behind-the-meter AI data center campus in the Chambers County area near Trinity Bay, Texas — pairing dedicated natural-gas generation with hyperscale computing in one of the nation's most established Gulf Coast industrial corridors. Nearby pipeline, rail, water and port infrastructure may offer potential advantages; proximity does not establish access rights, contracted capacity or site control.

Illustrative phased development concept targeting approximately 450 MW of power and data-center infrastructure, subject to engineering and commercial feasibility.

Gulf Coast Highway One

Gulf Coast Highway One is an America250 initiative exploring a continuous coastal corridor connecting Starbase, Texas and Miami, Florida — built to strengthen economic growth, energy security, hurricane resilience and the daily lives of millions of Americans along the Gulf.

The first proposed segment, the Gulf of America Gateway, would create a coastal connection between Texas City and Bolivar Peninsula. Feasibility studies, regional coalitions and public engagement are planned for 2027.
